Criteria for the Award
Our Diploma is a Professional Coach training which leads to both a high level of confidence and competence in Coaching by those who complete the training, as well as valuable accreditation.
The Diploma will be awarded to trainees who meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrates a high level of skilfulness in Coaching by the end of the programme
- Meet the minimum attendance levels required
- Maintain a Journal of Learning during the programme which demonstrates growth in awareness and skilfulness
- Meet the requirements for peer-practice and pro-bono Coaching. (This will be explained at interview stage)
- Meet the requirements for Reading, reviewing a piece of coaching literature, providing a Statement of Learning, 360 Degree review.
- Provide a written case study of a coaching process with a pro-bono client. (This will be explained to you at interview).
