Dr. Evelyn P. Gilmore, B.A (Hons), M.Sc., Prof D., C. Psychol., Ps.S.I., M.I.A.H.I.P., M.A.C.
Evelyn is a consultant work & organisational psychologist, an organisational development consultant, a business and executive coach, coach trainer, and coach supervisor. She is joint Director of Coach Institute of Ireland and Psychodynamics at Work. Evelyn has an honours degree in psychology from the University of Galway and a first class honours masters in work & organisational psychology from Dublin City University (DCU). She completed a three-year Tavistock Consulting to Organisations qualification. In addition, Evelyn has a professional doctorate in Consultation and the Organisation with the Tavistock & Portman NHS in London, accredited by the University of Essex. Her current clients include individuals, groups, and organisations from both the public, private and not-for-profit sector.
She is a chartered psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland (P.S.I.), a full member of their work & organisational division, and a member of their coaching psychology group. She is an accredited psychotherapist with the Irish Council of Psychotherapy, and is also a member of OPUS, an Organisation Promoting Understanding of Society.
In addition, she has conducted research on leadership development and emotional intelligence as part of her Master’s Degree. Evelyn’s doctorate thesis was an action research project and focused on how an organisational practitioner can help manage the emotional aspects of organisational life during times of organisational change. She has lectured on organisational change in the department of management in the University of Galway, and has been a visiting lecturer to doctorate students in the Tavistock in London.
Evelyn’s areas of interest and expertise include leadership development, group dynamics, role consultation, systems psychodynamics coaching, organisational development and change. In particular, she uses a person centered, psychodynamic, and systemic lens when working with individuals, groups and organisations. Mike O’Halloran, B.A., M.A., H. Dip. Ed., M.I.A.H.I.P., M.A.C.
Mike O'Halloran founded Coach Institute of Ireland, the first Coaching Training Programme to be held in the country, in 2000. He has worked for over twenty five years as a Gestalt Psychotherapist, Coach, Supervisor, Trainer and Group Facilitator. He holds a Master’s in Counselling from Durham University, a B.A. and H. Dip. Ed. from U.C.D, and he trained extensively in London in the field of Gestalt. Since 2000 he has jointly directed and facilitated the Diploma in Business and Executive Coaching and in this capacity has trained several hundred Coaches from a wide variety of professional and industrial backgrounds. His training is informed by Person Centred, Gestalt, and Existential psychology. Mike is a member and recognised supervisor of IAHIP (Irish Association for Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapy), ICP (Irish Council for Psychotherapy), and the Association for Coaching.

Leisha Redmond McGrath BA, MSc, AFBPsS, AFPsSI, C. Psychol. PSI., MAC
Leisha is a chartered work and organisational psychologist and associate fellow with the Psychological Society of Ireland, and she is a member of their division of work and organisational psychology, and coaching psychology group. Leisha is also a chartered occupational psychologist and a chartered coaching psychologist, and associate fellow with the British Psychological Society. She has a masters in occupational psychology from Goldsmiths College, London, and a first-class-honours international degree from UCD and Université de Lille 3. She also has a diploma in business, executive and life coaching from the Coach Institute of Ireland. She is a professional level accredited executive coach and fellow of the Association for Coaching.
Leisha’s professional passions include self-Connection, systems design, culture and wellbeing, leadership development, change management and sustainability. She regularly contributes to various national print, TV, and radio outlets as a subject matter expert, and she is a regular guest lecturer and speaker.
Harnessing her decades of professional and personal experience Leisha now works with individuals, organisations and communities at a far deeper, inter-connected level. She believes that the starting point for all work of this kind is deep self-connection and in empowering her clients to think for themselves. From here, they can work together on any project in themselves, their organisations, and/or communities. Leisha has a reputation for deep listening, and she prides herself on supporting the delivery of exceptional results within complex, diverse and varying landscapes.
Brian Hennessy
Brian has a diploma in gestalt psychotherapy, a diploma in employee welfare, a diploma in counselling and psychotherapy, and is a master practitioner in NLP. Brian has over 20 years experience working with managers at all levels of the public service. He was one of the first to design and deliver coach training programmes in Ireland with Mike O’Halloran, and he has extensive experience of facilitation in the area of coaching.
